This is definitely my new favorite Persian restaurant. I also got the Shirazi salad with the plate (ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC). We are established here for 1 reason to offer the best you’ve ever. For 10 years, DARBAR Wine Lounge has defined fine dining and excellence in the quality of Persian cuisine in North America. The lamb that comes with that plate is SO tender and juicy it was ridiculous aha I couldn't believe how tender it was. It was so fresh and full of flavor! For my main entree I ordered the Darbari plate, instead of shrimp I ordered beef (I've been told the shrimp is amazing, I just wasn't in the mood for shrimp). I ordered some Kashk Bademjan (my favorite) and some falafel for appetizers. Now, with that being said, I had HIGH expectations for this place. It's in my opinion some of the tastiest, freshest food you can eat. Now, I myself am not Persian but I am familiar with their food.
